Smouse Trailers & Snow Equipment

We recently purchased a 2023 Legend Trailer. After looking through 100's of pictures online at different trailers and companies, we landed in Mt Pleasant, PA. We had a such great experience dealing with Smouse Trailers! Sam was such a pleasure to work with and she knows her stuff! : ) Everyone there treats you like family and that made the whole experience even better! I don't see any snowplow reviews so I'll leave one.I bought a Buyers Snowdogg 7 1/2 HD 2 from Smouse last season. Drove up from Cleveland Ohio not a big deal but after running it for one season I realized that I had to basically go over every nut and bolt and tighten over 15 of them not to mention the hydraulic fluid was not properly filled and then this season the motor went out on me I've been running these plows since they first hit the market and this is the first time I've ever dealt with this problem. I guess they thought that he came up from Cleveland he won't come back for these things and they were right with that assumption. I'll never be back to spend any $ with this company though. Thank God I have a great relationship with Buyers owners brother and his shop took care of everything for me. So beware of this place as far as Buyers Plows idk anything about there other services or products but that was some shady business. The 2 stars are for the actual plow because I love the product this place gets no stars on service or quality control.

Great experience purchasing my Legend All-Sport during their fall trailer sale! I have never purchased from them before, but I will definitely be back next time. Family run business with owners\family\staff that actually care and will go beyond the normal. Very responsive to phone and email (thanks Sam), and they had the paperwork and the trailer ready to go when I arrived...couldn't have been easier or quicker. Everybody in the office and the lot were very friendly and helpful. Everybody stopped and offered to help while hooking up (even though I like to hookup myself so there are no mistakes), and everybody checked numerous times that I had everything I needed. They even gave me some upgraded tie downs from the ones that came with the trailer. Thanks for a great experience, places like yours are hard to find anymore.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and said I was coming to purchase a trailer on Saturday morning. I got there as soon as they opened, and my trailer was out front waiting for me even though I had no money down. They set me up with the correct ball hitch and a brake controller and was out the door in well under an hour. Great customer service and a small business owned by truly honest people. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used trailer in a heartbeat!!
